Behind the carpentry: Here’s what May brought

May was a busy one with furniture moving through the workshop, plenty of installs on site and the next projects already underway. Here’s a look at what the month brought.

1. Started May by installing twin alcove units and went all in with colour-matched Corston sockets too.

2. Dived into the next five-piece commission.

3. Which meant coming up with a colour coding system for spraying, much to our decorator’s delight.

4. Because there were fillet pieces everywhere.

5. Built, sprayed and installed eight pieces of furniture this month. It kept us busy.

6. Ollie got stuck into our next alcove unit build.

7. Found the straightest piece of timber out there. I didn’t know they made them like that.

8. Finally hung the @besseytool_uk clamps on the wall after talking about it for long enough.

9. Some of us were more productive than others this month. That’s all I’m saying.

10. It was a tough round of Around the World for me this month. The less said about it, the better.
