Bespoke Alcove Unit and Desk
The story behind the carpentry
This bespoke alcove desk unit, crafted by New Heights Carpentry for a couple in Reigate, Surrey, perfectly complements their newly renovated home. Spanning 3 meters from floor to ceiling, the unit features elegant shaker-style doors with black handles and three spacious cupboards offering ample storage.
The pivot sliding doors cleverly conceal the workspace, maintaining a clean and modern look when not in use. The built-in desk includes cable tidies to keep wires neatly organised and out of sight, ensuring a clutter-free area. Finished precisely, the unit also features bespoke shelving with four sections on each side and two in the centre, creating a balanced and stylish design. This piece from New Heights Carpentry beautifully blends function and style, tailored to meet our client’s needs.
